Following a successful Kickstarter campaign, Whizz Pop Bang – the fantastic monthly magazine for children, is going strong five years later with experiments, facts and tons of fun for little scientists.
Set up by Physics graduate and science communicator Jenny Inglis, Whizz Pop Bang, part of Launchpad Publishing, was created to offer a high quality, gender-neutral and advert free magazine for every family. The publishing house is bursting with talented writers, editors, communicators, designers and illustrators working together (albeit virtually at the mo).
The magazine is also available to primary schools with hands on lessons and resources making science a lot of fun and easy to teach. Pupils won’t be able to get enough of the exciting topics like ‘how do candy floss machines work? And ‘what’s it like to live on mars?’ – children are hooked from page one.
