The Cotswolds Distillery is the first ever world-class distillery in the region. Set in five acres on the outskirts of Stourton, six miles from Chipping Norton and housed in a Cotswolds stone building. The copper stills produce fine, small-batch spirits, including their flagship Cotswolds Dry Gin and Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky.
