Brainchild of west end and film actor Iwan Lewis and businessman Ian Carling, the 200-seat theatre has staged an array of musicals, plays, workshops and acting academy. Iwan, recently shortlisted for ‘Best Director’ by The Stage debut awards, ensures the theatre gets the local community together and recently coordinated the world’s largest human poppy to mark 100 years since the end of WW1 (along with the theatre’s Ambassador Daisy Cooper from This Country). Beautifully refurbished, the Barn theatre also hosts the Teatro restaurant and bar.
