This project, to create the world’s fastest all-electric aircraft, is a collaboration between Rolls-Royce, Electroflight and YASA Motors. The zero emissions plane is expected to reach speeds of 300+ MPH and scheduled to take off in 2020.
This is no stunt either – it’s part of the initiative to pioneer a third wave of aviation in support of Rolls-Royce’s strategy to champion electrification. Chocks away.
