Barons Eden, the luxury spa and hotel group, is recruiting to fill more than 30 jobs following its move to a new head office in Moreton-in-Marsh. The new office, on the Cotswold Business Village, is set to become the group’s permanent location as it purchased the property to combine its Staffordshire and Kingham offices.
The group, which just announced the completion of its £14 million refurbishment of Hoar Cross Hall, a luxury spa retreat in rural Staffordshire, will open its head office from March 2021, and is looking to place roles across Sales, Finance and Customer Support teams.
Barons Eden Director, Edward Law, said, “We have always been a part of the Cotswold community, and we’re delighted to be creating this hub of growth within Moreton-in-Marsh. For us, our team are our family, and we look to hire people with a positive attitude and passion for the industry.
“We’re here to stay and, due to the group’s growth ambitions, we plan to continue to expand our Head Office team over the coming years and contribute to the local community.”
Barons Eden offers team members the opportunity to gain internal and external qualifications. All new recruits will undertake a 12-week induction and training programme in order to nurture growth, along with continual coaching, support and development opportunities that aim to help achieve both personal and professional goals.
The group is also preparing to start a new apprenticeship programme, which is set to launch in 2021, and will be supporting Government traineeship opportunities throughout the local community.
